I explain infrastructure so people can use it. At SUSE I build labs and demos, run workshops and give talks about Kubernetes, virtualization, digital sovereignty and, more and more, AI agents that help run infrastructure. Before that: edge and telco.
I did not start in tech. I spent 14 years at Carrefour, from the sales floor to after-sales manager, and that is where I learned to listen and to explain. Then came DevOps at Capgemini, solution architecture at Red Hat and technical marketing at SUSE. Those retail years still help me every day, more than I expected.
What to expect from me
I make complex topics simple without losing the technical detail, for a first-time user or for a CTO.
I build and fix what I present: the lab, the demo and the tooling behind them.
Every week I work with other teams, from engineering to sales.
If I don't know something, I say so. Then I find out.
I use AI and agents in my daily work, and I review what they produce before it goes out.
